    A very elegant pinot noir (synonyms: Pinot Noir Précoce, Pinot Madeleine) Réserve from the first location Wiltinger Braunfels. Delicate scent of berries, velvety with fine tannins, blueberries and raspberries on the palate, slightly peppery on the finish, finely integrated acidity, juicy, complex, well structured, with little sulfur and bottled unfiltered. 18  Months barrique, dry. Decanting recommended as it is still very youthful.

    fried and medium to heavily seasoned vegetarian dishes. Dry aged beef. game dishes. Curry Chicken. Monkfish with anchovies and capers. Pasta with tomato sauce. Mediterranean lamb ragout.  Spaghetti bolognese. Slightly matured hard cheeses. Tarte.
