Shipping & Returns
Our prices are final prices in euros (€). They already include the statutory VAT. We deliver free shipping within Germany for orders of 6 bottles or more. Unless otherwise stated, for fewer than 6 bottles we only charge a shipping and packaging fee of €7.90 (including VAT). The exact shipping costs can be found in the product description in the online shop. If shipping abroad, please contact us.

We will deliver your order to the delivery address you provided.
We only deliver to people over 18 years old. We generally send our goods using a parcel service, but reserve the right to deliver goods personally.
We ship in boxes of 2, 3, 6 and 12.
We also ship magnum bottles as individual bottles.

Payment of the invoice is possible via PayPal, credit card (Mastercard / Visa), advance payment or invoice. We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods. Invoice amounts must be paid within 15 days without deductions to the account specified in the invoice.

Declaration of Revocation
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance selling contract (e.g. ordering in the online shop) within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or E-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired. To do this, you can use the form attached below. However, you are not required to use this form.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
