  • Description

Chardonnay and other Burgundy varieties as a mixed set.

Our “S” class from the large Langsurer Brüderberg location (terraced part of the mountain with a 75% gradient): Chablis style, yet very independent thanks to the subtle background of the other grape varieties, 22 months of yeast storage, apricot and lychee on the nose, Sparse and expressive, creamy texture, chalky minerality, long, intense finish.

  • Tastes best with:

strong, but not too spicy stews. Dry aged beef. Goulash. Vegetarian dishes with lemongrass flavor. Pasta with fresh truffles. Seared tuna. Sweet and sour Asian cuisine.

  • Awards

93 points Berliner LagenCup, Gold Selection Genussmagazin, 91 points Falstaff, 3.5 grapes Gault Millau, 90 points Eichelmann, 90 points Savoir-Vivre (Big Gold), 89 points Vinum wine guide

  • How you can have the most fun with our wines...

We work sustainably in the vineyard and cellar. This will need time. The youngest vintage matures in the bottle for at least 1 year - take the older ones.

Open the bottles at least 30 minutes before drinking. Choose glasses suitable for the respective grape varieties. Give the wine 10 minutes in the glass before you taste it. By the way, white wines can also be decanted...
