Description
The top-class Chardonnay (approx. 90% Chardonnay, the rest other Burgundy varieties as a blend - the different grape varieties are harvested and fermented together) from the first location Langsurer Brüderberg (lower part of the mountain with a 50% gradient). Delicate aromas of mirabelle plum and apricot, elegant, creamy texture, taut and with perfectly integrated acidity.
Tastes best with:
vegetarian dishes - also with strong or oriental spices. Poultry and white meat. Pasta carbonara. Salad with prawns. Perfect asparagus wine.

How to have the most fun with our wines…
We work sustainably in the vineyard and cellar. That takes time. The youngest vintage matures in the bottle for at least 1 year - choose the older ones.
Open the bottles at least 30 minutes before drinking. Choose glasses suitable for the respective grape varieties. Allow the wine to sit in the glass for 10 minutes before tasting it. By the way, white wines can also be decanted...
