2021 Pinot Blanc “Slate Rock”
Description
Elegant, light, very dry, finely woven Burgundy from slate. Fermented and matured in large wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks. Extra long yeast storage. Grapefruit, smoke, nutty and subtle on the nose. Citrus notes, apple and pear on the palate. Fine slate minerality.
Tastes best with:
Perfect accompaniment to asparagus dishes. Vegetarian dishes with lots of vegetables. Oysters and other raw and marinated seafood. Pasta Verdure. Wiener Schnitzel. Poultry with light seasoning. Sushi.
