Description
A Riesling from Alten Reben (planted in 1963). Limited to 800 bottles, unfiltered, from our best plot in Wilitinger Klosterberg (large location). Intense scent of meadow herbs, herbal aromas and stone fruit, very spicy and elegant, long and persistent, dry, moderate acidity.
Tastes best with:
light and medium-aged raw milk cheeses, fresh goat cheese. Young hard cheese. Fried fish and light vegetarian dishes. Oysters and seafood gratinated without acidic marinades. Asian dishes with light to medium seasoning. Medium-spiced stews. Pasta with pesto and pine nuts.

We work sustainably in the vineyard and cellar. This will need time. The youngest vintage matures in the bottle for at least 1 year - take the older ones.
