2020 Wiltinger Klosterberg Saar Riesling Old Vines
Description
A Riesling from Alten Reben (approx. 55 years old) from the Wiltinger Klosterberg vineyard. Fine herbs on the nose, spicy herbal notes on the palate, thyme and rosemary, white pepper, elegant and fine, delicately tart.
Tastes best with:
light raw milk cheeses, fresh goat cheese. Fried fish, light vegetarian dishes. Poultry. Asian dishes with light to medium seasoning. Lebanese mezze. Minestrone. Pasta with gorgonzola.

We work sustainably in the vineyard and cellar. This will need time. The youngest vintage matures in the bottle for at least 1 year - take the older ones.
