A local wine Kabinett from the best locations in Oberemmeler Altenberg and Wiltinger Klosterberg. Delicate scent of herbs, fine, spicy notes on the palate, with aromas of fresh herbs, lychee and citrus fruits, mineral and elegant, conveys great drinking pleasure, very nice fruit-acid play, slightly dry.
Tastes best with:
light raw milk cheeses, fresh goat cheese. Young hard cheese. Fried fish and light vegetarian dishes. Poultry. Asian dishes with light to medium seasoning. Medium seasoned stews. Pasta with pesto and pine nuts.

We work sustainably in the vineyard and cellar. That takes time. The youngest vintage matures in the bottle for at least 1 year - choose the older ones.
Open the bottles at least 30 minutes before drinking. Choose glasses suitable for the respective grape varieties. Allow the wine to sit in the glass for 10 minutes before tasting it. By the way, white wines can also be decanted...
