2022 Red Rebellution
Description
Intense dark color, fruity nose of plum jam with vanilla, on the palate the full blast of blueberries, juicy elderberries and ripe cherries, on the finish notes of bourbon vanilla and candied figs. Very drinkable and gentle, without being undemanding.
Tastes best with:
Fried and medium to strongly seasoned vegetarian dishes. Dry-aged beef. Game dishes. Pasta with tomato sauce. Pizza. Mediterranean lamb ragout. Spaghetti Bolognese. Lightly matured hard cheeses.
