We work sustainably and in harmony with nature in the vineyard and cellar.

We cultivate our vineyards according to organic principles. The first organic wine will be bottled after organic certification in 2024. We also work in a minimalist manner in the cellar and, if possible, without cellar technical interventions or additives. Our wines are therefore naturally vegan. Our wines require some time in the bottle after bottling. The older vintages are the better choice if available.
