    Our Pinot Noir / Spätburgunder second wine from the Langsurer Brüderberg (from Muschelkalk). Delicate cherry fruit, silky-fine tannins, juicy, accessible even in its youth, 16 months of maturation in used barriques, unfiltered and bottled with little sulphur.

  • Tastes best with:

    Fried and medium to strongly seasoned vegetarian dishes. Dry-aged beef. Monkfish with anchovies and capers. Pasta with tomato sauce. Spaghetti Bolognese. Matured hard cheeses.

  • How to have the most fun with our wines…

    We work sustainably in the vineyard and cellar. That takes time. The youngest vintage matures in the bottle for at least 1 year - choose the older ones.

    Open the bottles at least 30 minutes before drinking. Choose glasses suitable for the respective grape varieties. Allow the wine to sit in the glass for 10 minutes before tasting it. By the way, white wines can also be decanted...
