Saar Pinot Blanc „Schiefergestein“ 2017 (11%)
A very dry (1 g/l residual sugar), delicate, gentle, mineral Pinot Blanc from the Saar (grown on slate), apple, rhubarb and fresh herbs on the palate. Matured in used barriques/stainless steel tanks.
Saar Pinot Gris „Schiefergestein“ 2017 (9.5%)
A dry Pinot Gris from the Saar (single site Wiltinger Schlangengraben), grown on slate. Gentle aroma of herbs, honeydew melon, mango, citrus zest and fresh stone fruits, elegant and with an expressive slate bouquet. 48 hours of skin contact. Matured barrels of 1,200 litres.
Wiltinger Klosterberg Riesling Alte Reben 2016 (9.5%)
Playful elegance, fruity, with flavors of white pepper, gooseberry and citrus fruit, complex aroma, spicy herbs, very mineralic, nicely integrated acidity, medium dry in taste.
Oberemmeler Altenberg Riesling Alte Reben 2016 (10%)
Red vineyard peach and white stone fruit on the palate, enormous complexity and extract, „feinsaftig“, long finish, medium dry in taste – very limited number.
