A very dry (1 g/l residual sugar), delicate, gentle, mineral Pinot Blanc from the Saar (grown on slate), apple, rhubarb and fresh herbs on the palate. Matured in used barriques/stainless steel tanks.


Saar Pinot Gris „Schiefergestein“ 2017 (9.5%)

A dry Pinot Gris from the Saar (single site Wiltinger Schlangengraben), grown on slate. Gentle aroma of herbs, honeydew melon, mango, citrus zest and fresh stone fruits, elegant and with an expressive slate bouquet. 48 hours of skin contact. Matured barrels of 1,200 litres.


Saar Riesling Kabinett 2017 (10%)

Oberemmeler Altenberg Riesling 2017 (11%)
